Artisanaiaroma provides digital printing services, logo design, and related graphic design services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Order Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance by artisanaiaroma. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. We are not responsible for delays or quality issues resulting from inadequate file preparation. Additional charges may apply for file preparation services.

Quality and Delivery

We strive to deliver high-quality printing services within agreed timeframes. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the right to reproduce any materials submitted for printing. Artisanaiaroma is not responsible for copyright infringement by customers. All original design work created by our team remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
