Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for printed products that are defective, damaged during production, or do not match the specifications agreed upon in your order. Custom-designed items and personalized products may have different return conditions. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

We will review your request and may require photos of the product or additional information. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund: custom-designed logos and graphics (once approved), rush orders completed as requested, digital files and downloads, and items damaged due to customer error or misuse.

Quality Issues

If you receive a product with quality issues or defects, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting the item at no additional cost or providing a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to our error or product defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns requested for other reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. We will provide specific instructions for returning items.

Design Services

Design services, including logo design and custom graphics, are considered complete once the final design is approved by the customer. Refunds for design services may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet commenced or if there are exceptional circumstances.
